Summerset at Frick is one of the largest site work projects A. Merante Contracting, Inc. has performed. This project was worht $7.5 million and A. Merante Contracting, Inc., self-performed over 80% of the contracted work. This work includes all site utilities, earth work, concrete work, roadways, landscaping and lighting.
